In-App Purchase means digital content, premium features, or subscription plans purchased within the Application through Apple's App Store payment system.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Website and/or mobile Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.

AI Assistant Conversations
When You use the iPreggy AI Assistant, Your messages and conversation context are transmitted to our third-party AI provider (Anthropic, Inc.) for the purpose of generating responses. Please be aware of the following:

Conversation data sent to Anthropic is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy (available at www.anthropic.com/privacy)
We recommend that You do not share sensitive personal identifiers (such as full name, government ID, or insurance information) in AI Assistant conversations
The AI Assistant is designed to provide general wellness information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice
Conversations may be retained for a limited period to improve the quality of the Service, in accordance with applicable law

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
iPreggy offers optional premium features and subscription plans available through In-App Purchase via Apple's App Store.

Payment processing for In-App Purchases is handled entirely by Apple, Inc. We do not collect or store Your payment card information.
Subscription data such as purchase history and subscription status is managed through Apple's systems and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy (available at www.apple.com/legal/privacy).
Refunds and billing inquiries for In-App Purchases must be directed to Apple, as Apple processes all transactions.
We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple to unlock premium features within the app.

Sharing of Your Personal Data
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

With Service Providers — such as our AI provider (Anthropic), cloud hosting providers, and analytics tools, solely to operate and improve the Service
With Apple, Inc. — as required to operate In-App Purchases and comply with App Store requirements

AI Assistant conversation data is retained for a limited period as described in our AI provider's data retention policies and deleted in accordance with applicable law.
