1. Services

ipreggy.com provides personalized pregnancy related insights, content and tools based on information you provide through our quiz and any other forms on the site.

All information and content provided through the Services are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment or care. Always consult your doctor, midwife or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your pregnancy, health or medical condition.

2. No Medical Advice

You understand and agree that:

• ipreggy.com does not provide medical care, medical services, diagnosis or treatment.

• Nothing on the site is intended to create a doctor patient relationship.

• You must not delay, ignore or replace medical advice from a healthcare professional because of any content you see on ipreggy.com.

If you experience any concerning symptoms, complications or emergencies, you must contact your healthcare provider or local emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or

• You are using the Services under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and you allow a minor to use the Services, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their activity on the site.

4. User Data and Privacy

You grant ipreggy.com and its affiliates, service providers and partners a worldwide, transferable, royalty free license, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to:

• Create derivative works, such as analytics, statistics and insights derived from your data.

6. License and Permitted Use

8. Fees and Purchases (if applicable)

Some current or future parts of the Services may be offered on a paid basis, such as subscriptions, premium content or other features ("Paid Services").

If you choose to purchase any Paid Services:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

• You authorize us or our payment processors to charge you the applicable fees, plus any taxes, using your selected payment method.

• Unless otherwise stated, fees are non refundable except where required by applicable law.

If you currently use only free features, this section will apply once paid features are launched.

9. Intellectual Property

You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, transmit or create derivative works from any ipreggy Content without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed in these Terms or permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services or ipreggy Content.

10. User Content

If you submit, upload or otherwise provide any content to us (for example feedback, comments, testimonials or suggestions) ("User Content"):

• You grant ipreggy.com a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, display and perform such User Content in connection with operating, improving and promoting the Services.

• You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide such User Content and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.

We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor or remove User Content at our discretion.

11. Third Party Links and Services

The Services may include or provide access to third party websites, apps, tools, services or content. These third party services and content are the sole responsibility of the person or entity that makes them available.

ipreggy.com does not control, review, endorse or accept responsibility for any third party services or content and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability or security. 12. Export Control and Sanctions

We may not be able to provide the Services or certain features if doing so is prevented by national or international foreign trade or customs requirements, embargoes or other sanctions.

You agree that you will not use, access, export or re export the Services in violation of the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction, including export control and sanctions laws. 14. Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of:

• Your violation of these Terms; or

• Your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

16. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update, modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top. If you continue to use the Services after the updated Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

17. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• If you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms;

• If you fail to make due payments in relation to any Paid Services;

• If you become insolvent, enter bankruptcy or similar proceedings, or are otherwise unable to pay your debts when due;

Termination may take effect immediately upon notice to you. We will not be liable to you for any suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

18. Taxes

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws that govern these Terms and the courts that have jurisdiction will depend on where you are located.

• Users located in the Republic of Türkiye
  These Terms are executed under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The courts and execution offices of Istanbul (Merkez, Çağlayan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services. 3p-assets.cdnztl.com

• Users located in the United States
  For users located in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent state or federal courts in that State.

• Users located in other countries
  If you are located in another country, your local mandatory consumer protection laws may apply in addition to the above. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory local law, the mandatory local law will prevail to the extent required.
